Our 4WD Driver Training courses are available to Corporate, Recreational and owners of All Wheel Drive and Four Wheel Drive vehicles.
We offer a two day Nationally Recognised 4WD Driver Training Course. This is your guarantee of quality training.
Why do we offer a two day course? Because there is so much to learn and practise that it simply is not viable or fair to you to try to present such a course in anything less.
During our two day Introductory 4WD Driver Training programme you will be provided with instruction in the use of your four wheel drive vehicle and vehicle recovery techniques as specified in the following competency standards.
TLIC2025A - Operate 4WD vehicle
SISODRV201A - Drive AWD/4WD vehicles on unsealed roads
SISODRV302A - Drive and Recover a 4WD
TLIB2004A - Carry Out Vehicle Inspection
We also offer a two day course in Advanced level operation of a 4WD.
During our two day Advanced 4WD training programme you will be provided with instruction in the use of your four wheel drive vehicle and vehicle recovery techniques to an advanced level as specified in Outdoor Recreation Industry Training Package No. SRO03. Training in the following competencies is provided in the Advanced programme:-
SISODRV404A - Drive a 4WD in difficult terrain
SISORDV405A - Coordinate recovery of a 4WD

Refund Policy
Tour/Driver Training Deposits are non refundable unless your position can be filled, the deposit may be transferred to another date/tour or course.
Fees are payable from 1 week to 4 weeks prior to the tour/course, you will be advised when the fee is payable. Any cancellation by you after the due date for the full fee will result in forfeiture of your tour fee.
