We also offer a two day Nationally Recognised 4WD Training Course in partnership with the Australian Four Wheel Drive Training Organisation – VETAB NSW RTO No. 90474. This is your guarantee of quality training.
During our two day Introductory 4WD training programme you will be provided with instruction in the use of your four wheel drive vehicle and vehicle recovery techniques as specified in the following competency standards drawn from the Outdoor Recreation Industry Training Package No. SRO03.
SRO DRV 001B - Drive and Recover a 4WD
SRO ODR 002A - Plan Outdoor Recreation Activity
TDT B4 97A - Carry Out Vehicle Inspection
We also offer a two day course in Advanced level operation of a 4WD.
During our two day Advanced 4WD training programme you will be provided with instruction in the use of your four wheel drive vehicle and vehicle recovery techniques to an advanced level as specified in Outdoor Recreation Industry Training Package No. SRO03. Training in the following competencies is provided in the Advanced programme:-
SRO DRV 002B - Drive a 4WD in difficult terrain using Advanced Techniques
SRO DRV 003B - Coordinate recovery of a 4WD using Advanced Techniques
