New Zealand Tour (12 days)
Vic has been taking tours to the South Island of New Zealand for eight years now. He has teamed up with New Zealand 4WD tour guide Steve Beston who has access to areas that no-one else can venture. For 2023 Vic and Steve have developed a 4WD trip that will surpass all previous trips, we have picked all the most outstanding and scenically beautiful 4WD tracks & put them into one package. This tour is not available anywhere else. Much of the tour is conducted on private sheep stations.
You fly into Christchurch and from the moment you arrive we take care of virtually everything else for you. Transport to your accommodation, hire of your 4wdrives, guided tour with Vic Widman to Fairlie and then the adventure really begins. Here we are joined by our New Zealand guide Steve who will escort us through several private sheep stations literally over the top of the amazing mountains that make New Zealand such a breathtaking place to visit.
This trip is a combination of all the previous trips over the past ten years and is definitely the best of the best. We will stay in some iconic locations such as the Cardrona Hotel, as well as Queenstown.
Following our night at the historic Cardrona Hotel we drive the highest road in New Zealand, a truly awe inspiring drive and visual feast as far as scenery is concerned. We will return to Queenstown for an absolutely stunning helicopter flight (an optional tour) to one of the most awe inspiring sights in New Zealand. Then Vic Widman will lead you back to Christchurch via the beautiful Lake Tekapo.

Tour Fee includes hire of 4WD vehicle from 19 - 29 Marchl 2022, 9 day guided 4wd tour by New Zealand’s premier 4wd tag-along guide Steve Beston, fully escorted tour by Vic Widman, all accommodation from 18 - 28 March inclusive. Dinner from 18 - 28 March, Gondola and dinner buffet in the Skyline restaurant at Queenstown, all national park and private station entry fees.

Refund Policy
Great Divide Tours reserves the right to cancel or alter any tour or course at any time. Great Divide Tours will determine if any refund is due if this action occurs.
In the event of you canceling a booking the following refund policy applies. Deposits are non refundable. If your booking can be reallocated to another participant then the deposit can be transferred to another tour of your choice which must be taken within 18 months of the original booked tour. The full tour fee is payable 4 weeks prior to the tour and is not refundable after this time. You should consider taking out Travel Insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances including illness, vehicle problems or family matters.
